    Booking Process
    • Once I have your information and request, I will begin searching for the best options for you.
    • I will send you various options based on your request.
    • You will let me know which one or ones you are interested in so I can request an exact and current quote for you.
    • Please keep in mind Cruise Quotes typically include cruise fare, port charges, taxes and fees.  It does not include Vacation Protection Insurance, Shore Excursions and Cruise Line required Gratuities, tips or Service Charges for Cabin Steward and Wait Staff.
    • Rates are subject to change until a deposit is placed on an offer.  Rates can and do change on a daily basis and usually go up over time, not down.
    • Once you choose a ship and sail date and room category, I will hold a stateroom for you pending your deposit.  You will receive a payment request for the deposit.
    • I will process your deposit with the cruise line and send you a booking confirmation and you can begin your online checkin and cruise planning by setting up an online account with the cruise line, if you do not already have one.
    As shown on your Passport or Government issued photo ID and Birth Certificate including Middle Name, if applicable.
    U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises (cruises that begin and end at the same U.S. port, except for sailings to Cuba) are able to enter the United States with a birth certificate and government-issued photo ID. Please be aware that you may still be required to present a passport to enter the countries your cruise ship is visiting. Check with your cruise line to ensure you have the appropriate documents. Update: Please note – cruise travel to Cuba was banned effective June 5, 2019.
    Many cruise lines are requiring fully vaccinated passengers over the age of 12. Some require PCR and antigen testing as well as insurance if you are NOT fully vaccinated.
