Susan was outstanding. From the very first phone call about booking our cruise to the day we boarded the ship it was a flawless process. Susan was very informative answered any questions we had gave us tips on the ship and even watched for price drops
And would notify us and apply the lower prices for us. Susan ended up booking for 3 other couples in our group linked all our reservations got our cabins with a few doors of each other and just made sure it could be the simplest process for all. We’ve already booked another cruise with her. Would recommend sky cruise and travel to anyone we know. Not sure you’ll find a more knowledgeable agent about the ships and destinations. 5 stars for sure.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Susan at Sky Cruise and Travel. I planned a surprise snowboarding trip to Utah for husband's 40th birthday. Having never been to Utah or even snowboarding before, I went into this completely lost. Susan guided me and advised me through everything and made the planning so easy. We had the most incredible trip and everything went so smoothly. Thank you Susan! Can't wait for the next trip :)

Susan planned our cruise for a large group of life long friends. From boarding to excursion to everything in between we were able to enjoy every minute with each other because she took care of everything. There were new cruisers and seasoned cruisers in our group. Our group didn't have to worry about anything, we spent our entire trip making memories. We didn't just take a cruise from the Port of Tampa to Cozumel, we had a trip of a lifetime with life long friends thanks to all of the organizing/planning Susan did. You can't go wrong with Susan planning your trip!

Susan has been booking my cruises for as long as she's been in the cruise industry:) from start to finish I can't say enough about her knowledge and her customer service that she provides. I Choose a cruise she books It and I have never been disappointed with any of my travel arrangements :) I would guess that she has booked over 15 cruises for me over the last 23 years!!!

Sue is awesome. She always responds quickly and really does her best to find good deals for my husband and me. We love cruising with Royal Caribbean and I would never book it by myself with RC again.
